1 star is for the property manager. She is unprofessional, rude , and a lier. She has no problem screaming at the tenants like a mad women. And, to top it off....no one to make a complain to. I think the office staff is scared of her. And with them being aware of her unstable behavior and not being helpful in the tenants complaints being addressed to the proper people ( their boss) is not a good look.
