Nice apartments
I moved into this awesome complex this past October. I experienced excellent genuine Customer Service. I recently had a HVAC issue.The new property maintenance person Rudy was extremely professional kept me informed of what was needed to fix the issue. Rudy informed me that he ordered the part required and should be in the next day. Rudy offered to bring in a portable A/C for the duration. Rudy was at my door the next morning with part in hand. I was back up and running within a hour. I truly appreciated the professionalism.... read more
Had my dryer motor catch on fire or burnt out - either or not good. Jeremy (the professional maintenance individual) came next morning. Pulled out & replaced the dryer. Made sure to inspect & make sure everything was safe & ready to use. Absolute top-notch care. I’m very grateful. Side note (do not leave appliances on if you leave) it happens…..
Greenbriar Apartments is an amazing place to live! The community is fantastic, and the staff truly cares about the residents. A special shoutout to Sarah, Krystal, and Jeremy, who always go above and beyond to ensure everything runs smoothly and everyone feels at home.
