Horrible customer service I'll be honest and say they have a vast amount of knowledge about pets, but the customer service and the way they handle their business is horrible. I Was quoted 1 amount one day, but when I returned for the actuall appointment the price jumped about $135!! Ridiculous!! Wont return nor would I recommend.
Love the place! Being a loyal patron of Greenbriar Animal Hospital for many decades, this is one hospital where I know that my pets are cared for and receive impeccable service. Dr. Bryant is quite personable, and explains things so that everyone understands that to which she is referring. What's more is that the prices at Greenbriar Animal Hospital are better than PetSmart! Check them out, you won't be disappointed!
Dr. Bryant is the best vet! I have always found great service in this business, and I have friends and family who also use them. This hospital has serviced every pet I've ever had, and I have always been treated like I mattered and like my pets mattered as well. My dog recently passed (*and my dog was 16 and cared for my Dr. Bryant), but when I get another one, I will be right back with Dr. Bryant. Once you meet her, you'll see why. She cares, and she has such great prices!
Dr. Bryant is truly the best. I have been a client of Greenbriar Animal Hospital for more than thirty years. I have always experienced exceptional service, and especially when it comes to Dr. Bryant. She is a very caring person, and she truly loves what she does and it shows. I will never trust my pets with any other facility. Great place with a warm atmosphere. All of the vet techs were caring and gentle to my 3 pets and Dr. Bryant made sure my family's million questions were answered with understanding. 💚
Draya does the best Yorkie cut in Atlanta!! Love coming here and my doggie feels loved and smells so good when we leave. They also do international pet certificates here!!
Dr. Bryant, her daughter, and her staff namely Larry and Sandra are very welcoming, caring, and very knowledgeable. I am pleased to say that I have been in Atlanta for decades and I will never use another animal hospital.
My dog Jayda always happens❤️👍 We love taking our dog to the vet because everyone is always so nice to her
