Mr Funt We found Mr. Funt to be extremely lax in communicating pertinent information to his client. In our opinion, Mr Funt appeared to dismiss of our concerns and wasn't upfront with us regarding alternate legal options. Mr funt was all about "making a deal" and seemed unwilling to go to trial despite the client's declaration of innocence. Mr Funt also failed to inform us of discussions he had with the judge which later came back to impact the state of the trial and the relationship between the defendant and the judge.
