Wow I do not have enough good things to say about Greenberg Jewelers and our experience with Leo and Karen and the entire staff at the Omaha Oakview Mall location. We went in twice to shop for wedding bands and both times we felt so comfortable and welcomed and the staff went above and beyond to help us try on rings and find which styles would work for us. I heard the oakveiw location was closing and was planning to get and engagement ring but had no clue what I was looking for. Brad Sauer was extremely helpful and very knowledgeable. he was able to tell me what to expect from certain metals as far as how they are made up and how certain metals will tarnish. he made my choices much easier just by how informative he was! I highly recommend greenbergs jewlers. I will definitely be doing more business with them in the future.
I worked with Brad at the oakview location and he was extremely helpful with finding the perfect piece. They were very accommodating with the financing and overall I had a wonderful experience.
Bought a necklace from Brad at this location and he was very helpful. Took care of me and sent me on my way with a gift for my two year anniversary that my girlfriend loved. Within two weeks it broke not because of anything being made wrong. We brought it in and let Brad know what happend, letting him know it was our fault. He does everything he can to help get it taken care of and after a small repair fee had the necklace back all within three weeks.
