Finally was able to find the perfect diamond on their website, decided to shoot them a message through their online chat platform and ended up chatting with Mike the owner. He was amazing to work with and was there every step of the way. We did a custom setting that turned out beautiful. I couldn’t recommend them enough!
Mikado Diamonds is the premier location for personalized, hands on, and intimate experience. From the beginning of our inquiry, Michael was professional, attentive and very knowledgeable about the ring customizing and manufacturing process. On top of excellent customer care, the experience of being in a private setting, hearing our wants and ideas, in a quiet area is immeasurably more enjoyable than a loud and busy floor. This is the experience you want when buying a ring.
Wedding ring diamond fell out of my wife’s ring and she was heartbroken. Luckily she had a gem report that I use to get her a new diamond from you. Thank you for your service. I am very grateful and extremely happy with the diamond you sold me.
Item arrived exactly when it was supposed to and quality was confirmed by a local jeweler. Very impressed.
I had a great experience working with this Place. Mike was extremely friendly, helpful, and made the entire buying process easy and stress-free. He took the time to answer all of my questions, never made me feel pressured, and genuinely cared about helping me. I highly recommend him to anyone looking for quality jewelry and excellent customer service.
