Mikado was great to work with and helped me through the process of purchasing an engagement ring! Very professional and high quality service. The only downside is if you need a ring resized. I wasn't aware there's a 6 month cutoff to getting a resizing done until I reached back out to them when my fiance wanted it a size larger.
Great customer service and I love the ring. I look forward to working again with them for future jewelry purchases.
Absolutely beautiful setting. We recieved our Elissa with a 1.52 carat round lab grown diamond in 18 carat yellow gold today. We are stunned at how pretty this ring is. Thank you Mikado. My wife is in love with it.
Heather was AMAZING!! Felt like I was FaceTiming a friend and she was so helpful guiding me through the whole process. We looked at quite a few diamonds and I found the perfect one. Could not be happier!! Highly recommend Mikado :)
