Unfortunately Mike has tied my hands and now I am forced to leave my thoughts on him, and his company. Mike made many errors when completing mine and my wife’s taxes this year, so much so that neither of us have received our refunds. I am currently out over 1,000 dollars and my wife is out over 1,400 due to his errors. Mike, the owner, filled out our taxes completely incorrect, so badly that we are still unable to get our taxes back months later. Upon contacting Mike he flat our refused to call myself or my wife back. He did however email my wife, still refusing to talk to me, and in his email he was BEYOND rude. He used all CAPS to YELL at her through email about his errors. I must emphasize errors as plural.
