My daughter (Latoya Jones) and I (Angela Jones) went to an appointment at 3:00. It is 4:20 and nothing was done. There was a receptionist there by the name of Nova that was VERY rude and disrespectful. She refused to make the new appointment. She was in the back making hand jesters (rude of course). My daughter was explaining to her how to not be so rude and disrespectful when talking to patients. Her response was "I wasn't talking to you"!. I waited 3 months for appointment get there and they said we tried to call you, your phone is disconnected. I said call the number you have instantly my phone rings. So I was not seen will not go back. They always have there answering service on never return calls. I went to them because there Atlantic Beach location is terrific North side dont go there. Tell me to calm down after I miss an hour of work get a 1/2 an instance on my work record because I havent reach my 90 days and u can't do my appointment because u were to i... read more

Doctors and office manager are great. Appointment setters and front desk could use work.

Been here since 12:30 with two ppl ahead of me, it's now 1:32 I'm up next smh, and they couldn't find my paperwork.
