Dr. Gabler is so on professional he does not realize that he is a dentist.......He told me that he was an orthodontist not a dentist wow that is scary.

I was seen (again) on 12/9/19 for crown on a painful cracked molar. I was re-xrayed & advised to make appt for crown. My insurance ARGUS (I knew this& was NOT advised by Dental Staff) would need to authorize this procedure. This office made zero attempt to contact ARGUS for auth..At end of December I CONTACTED my insurance & my insurance proceeded to obtain the necessary auth..I subsequently received a DENIAL from ARGUS for the 2nd Set of X-Rays..I attempt to speak w/this DENTAL OFFICE(using term loosely) re this DENIAL. RUN AWAY AS FAST AS YOU CAN FROM DR. CHARLES POBLENZ!!! Because he doesn’t like the prices Greenberg negotiated with Cigna for services associated with placing a crown on an implant, Dr. Poblenz stopped midstream in work he was performing on my mouth!!! The prices Greenberg negotiated should be not be a secret to Dr. Poblenz; and if he doesn’t like those prices, Dr. Poblenz he should take it up with Dr. Greenberg, NOT A PATIENT!!! Dr. Poblenz’s behavior is non-professional and unethical!!!

Greenberg north side office has horrible customer service. They are very hard to get in contact with. And when I did reach someone they stated they could not help me and that I needed to speak with a Kirsten. I have been waiting 3 months to get appointments. They need to do better with how they treat their clients. And to have a better hold of their staff.
Greenberg dental on Dunn Sucks! I initially had to reschedule my family appointments because they were short staffed. I went back for my rescheduled appointment and waited over 2 hours before I was called back for X-Rays. After X-Rays I had to wait another 20 minutes for the dentist to come due his evaluation. I was than asked to wait in the lobby again in order to see the hygienist. I left after waiting for hygienist. I will not ever go there again! I'm done!
