We were surprised and pleased with the fast response. We called at 7 AM and they were here by 9 AM. The spring had broke and one car was outside and couldn't get in the garage. The other car was inside and couldn't get out!! Jonathan replaced the spring with 2 springs at our request, tuned up the door, and was on his way in no time. We prefer to use local businesses if possible when we have a problem. We will add Green Valley Garage Doors to our list of favorite local businesses.

Want to thank Green Valley Garage Doors so much for the quick response and repair of our garage door. The spring broke on Christmas Eve what a nightmare. We called and talked to Jeff on Monday and he took great care of us by scheduling us for first thing in the morning on Tuesday. Gavin showed up bright and early as promised. He got the spring replaced and inspected the door in no time flat. What a huge relief, so happy we called you all. Thank You Again and Happy New Year to you and your families.

Wonderful customer service, super nice tech. Came when they said, took all of 30 mins from start to finish and my garage is so quiet now. Highly recommend and thanks to my friends and neighbors who referred me.

Came home tonight close to 5pm and was closing my garage door and then had a loud noise. My spring broke. I had used Green Valley at my old house. Tonight the service was great. They wanted to get to me as soon as they could. They got to me tonight and I now have a working garage door again.
