RecommendedI can not say enough about Dr Yocum and his staff. They went above and beyond for our sweet Jake taking so much care for him over the past couple of weeks.
From the moment I walked into Green Tree Animal Hospital, I knew I had brought my Mallie to the right place!!! My Labradoodle had been misdiagnosed for 2 months, and I needed someone to find out what was going on with her. The kindest staff, and ultimately the best Vet....Dr. Joe Yocum. He did a thorough examination and conferred with me what the possibilities for Mallie's malady could be. She is now feeling so much better because Dr. Joe doesn't give up! Thanks to all!!!

We've taken our dog, Marcie there a few times now. They've been really great. We've had a few times where we called to get an appointment that same day, and they've worked with us every time. We wont take her anywhere else.
They have taken such good care of my two dogs! They have also been very compassionate & understanding when dealing with me & helping me understand what’s going on. 10/10 recommend!
I previously worked for veterinary clinic for over 13 years. I witnessed enough during that time to know what I really wanted out of a veterinary hospital and what I would and would not accept. When it came time to select a new vet, I was extremely picky. I’ve had such an amazing time working here over the past 5 months. I believe in everything Dr. Yocum and our team do. It’s such an honor to work at a facility that is just as clean and professional as it is fun and generous. If you need a vet in the Lexington/Nicholasville/Harrodsburg area I highly recommend.
Great experience with Green Tree. Dr.Yocum performed stem cell therapy on my 15.5yo pointer. Clearly a knowledgeable and compassionate vet, he and his staff run a great clinic I'd be happy to use again.
I can’t rave enough about the level of care Dr. Yocum offers and the attentiveness of his wonderful staff. They have only one thing in mind, animal comfort and quality of life. I will continue to recommend them to everyone I know. It’s worth the hour drive to get there! Dr. Yocum is always on the cutting edge of veterinary medicine.
