This person is extremely rude and vulgar, he scheduled an appt to get an estimate we needed to reschedule and this person repeatedly called from 236pm to 238pm on 10/20 yelling profanity, and leaving undesirable messages on our company voice-mails I instructed the office to not even bother calling back some one like this.
****AS OF MAY 26th I AM STILL WAITING FOR GT TO MAKE THIS RIGHT. I am beyond upset, and unbelievably frustrated! I paid a little over $2700 to have my front yard graded Nov. 2020. I was quoted one date, and it was continuously pushed back. I had to call and check once a week, and was always told I would be notified/updated with a date, but never got a follow up call. I've been using Green Thumb for these past four years on my lawn mowing services. They are very punctual and do a nice job. If for some reason, they might have missed anything (which is very rare) I can call Jason and he immediately takes care of it for me. I will continue using them and recommend them to anyone who needs their services. They have a wide array of services from landscaping, french drains, stonework, lawn maintenance, etc.
On 6/13/2018 an agent of Green Thumb Lawn Care N' Landscape came to our home to give me a bid on putting in top soil and sod. I showed the agent what work I wanted done and asked him if he needed to measure the areas I wanted done. He said no he had it and would e-mail me a bid. He spent all of 7 minutes here. Green Thumb I would highly recommend. They went above and beyond our request. Very professional and did an exceptional job. We dealt with many contractors and I wish they were more like the team at Green Thumb. Definitely contact them and you won't be disappointed. I have never written a review for any company but my experience with them was so great that I had to write a review
