Terrible response to live termite issue and floor damage done after treatment!. Initial treatment was bating stations that were supposed to prevent any future live infestation. We spent 11K to replace solid oak flooring and subfloor only to have live termites return to the same place a month later. They refuse to stand behind the so-called "2 million dollar repair guaranty" and say the problem is not their fault. Green Tech Termite and Pest Control originally treated the home on 9/9/19 for subterranean termite damage to flooring that was an addition that was ***** to the home in 2004. Our technician offered some different options of treatment. Mr. ****** chose to have some termite bait stations installed around the home and a spot treatment to the walls beside the affected area. If I could give a zero star rating I would. This place is a complete scam. I had a Rodent issue I called them after noone would return my call for three days, I finally speak to the owner Frank he assures me that this isnt how they do business. I called off work on Monday so they could get a guy out to my house. The guy they send is named Daniel, Daniel quotes me $1200.00 and after going back and forth with the owner he knocks it down to $650. These guys were rated highly so decided to give them a shot to get rid of the rodents in my attic. My first tech to come out told me the price and there was a year warranty so I decided to get things started. Horrible mistake... That worker was fired shortly after and had already missed a couple appointments he set up with me.
