If I could give em a minus ten I would…The worst company to deal with…I hired them to help me get rid of a single rat that sneaked into my store…They promised to have it caught within two weeks…I was charged $1350 for the service…They showed up a week later,and set some snap traps..They were supposed to come back every few days to check on the traps…I had to call two weeks later and ask why has no one showed up,and complained that we still have the same issue and that the snap traps aren’t working…They care less and will do ... read more

The company sends invoices for payment when services have not yet been done. They also have their techs calling me telling me that they have on their schedule an appointment to do a termite inspection on a specific day without me calling for an appointment for them to come to my home to do the inspection and then I have to cancel it. Then they send another invoice asking for payment when again services have not been done along with a threatening note if payment is not received they will forward my account to collections. This company has lied to me, not returning calls, not showing up at the time I was told they would be coming, they never gave me a copy of the contract on the date I signed, they were at my house doing work with out my permission and then charged my credit card. I feel they took advantage of me. I will not refer them to anyone, they should not be in business. Very pushy inspector. Now I am stuck with a large bill, and no rats have been trapped or found in my attic.

I paid Rocket pest control $1500 to remove bats from my house in Columbia, SC in April. They explained that they had to place a cone in the ceiling where the bats appear to be lodged. The purpose of the cone is to allow the bats to exit but supposedly they would not be able to return. I was told that a tech would come back in 2 weeks to remove the cone and seal all the gaps under the roof to prevent the bats from moving to a new location in the house. Rocket (********) is a terrible provider that fails to provide promised services or respond to customer communication. Between 2010-2023, we received excellent termite (repair agreement) and pest service from *******. Rocket bought ******* in June 2023 but did not communicate with us at all. In July 2023, our ******* bills ceased and their phone was disconnected. In early September 2023, I received a past due Pest bill from Rocket for July and August, but I had no idea who Rocket was. Since ***** ******* sold our account to Rocket Pest, we have had nothing but problems. What used to be a once a year minor appointment has turned into a year round annoyance. Our annual inspection was not due until May, but we started receiving bills in March for service that was not done nor yet due. We received a total of 7 bills, even after I called and scheduled the service for May. We have received multiple calls, texts, emails, and bills for services not rendered from Rocket Pest Control. We have stopped the text messages, but they are mailing invoices now and we have not had any new services done and have signed no contracts for continuous services. We moved into our home in 2020 and the pest control services that were recommended to us were a local company. The next time we were contacted about pest control services, it was Rocket Pest Control. We signed a contract with Rocket Pest in March 2025 and gave W our cc information. W said they will not charge our cc with our permission. W sent his "right hand" man out to do what was stated in the contract, but his "right hand" man didn't do what was stated in the contract. J (right hand man) sprayed yellow foam outside of all of our vents around the house which looks bad. On top of that the foam is temporary. Rocket pest control tried to scam me out of $415. When I moved into my new home, I was told to schedule a meeting with rocket pest control. I did, and at the end of the meeting, I was offered the possibility of signing up for service but declined. The representative ignored my request, and emailed me a contract telling me to sign it. I responded saying that I was not signing anything, and that I had declined service.
