Green tech, charged me in advance for services to remove rodents from my attic. The services included exclusion, trapping sanitation and vacuum. They completed the exclusion. Did not complete the trapping. Did not even begin the sanitation and vacuum. And now their business phone is disconnected. For every visit I had to contact the office to make sure there would be a follow up visit. They set flap traps in the attic {without bait}. I have had services with this company since 2015 and was completely happy and trusting of each and every employee until I recently got a second opinion. I had a dry wood termite tent in 2015 and entered a yearly dry wood termite renewal every year in which they come and inspect, and spot treat if needed. I have a wood frame home and in Florida it is inevitable to get them which is why I paid yearly and called if I suspected something. Greentech Termite review Absolute worst company ever! I cannot emphasize this enough. Our problems with termites began 3 years ago with evidence of drywood termites inside our walls and outside on our lanai. The employee at the the time (who is no longer with the company) sold me on "spot-treating" our entire home by spraying termicide into the interior of our walls for the entire house. Green-Tech Termite on behalf of our HOA, assessed our condo for ants; the so-called inspector did the inspection twice; reason - he reported to HOA no ants and apparently stated to them he checked in the attic; but the first time he didn't; so, he returned to do a second inspection of the attic for 'our peace of mind' - it was for his own liability with HOA because he didn't check the attic the first time; in the process of going into the attic, he damaged our molding, then near the attic opening he did a cursory search for ... read more
