When they arrived and assessed the damaged (pet poo stains on the carpet- gross) Jeff noted that the carpet was in baaad condition. I thought maybe it was irreparable. Jeff cleaned our carpet in the living room and dining room.jeff also did our landing in the basement. he also did the steps which I did not ask him to do. Jeff also did our entry way rug I did not ask him too, what a great surprise that was. he is a great person enjoyable to talk to. please do use him you won't be sorry!
