We just had 8 windows replaced by Green Star and the process went much smoother than expected. Green Star exceeded my expectations because as long as I’ve been a homeowner it has always been difficult to find a decent contractor who stands by their word and completes the job on time. The person who called to confirm the date and time for my "free estimate" insisted on asking personal questions about my credit score (despite the fact that I stated multiple times that I was paying cash for the windows) They hound you with questions and I assume without my credit info they weren't interested in giving me an estimate. I wanted to go with a local company, but my cash is far better then any credit score - I used another company who didn't want that info.
We had a great experience with Green Star Exteriors. From sales to installation, everyone was polite, professional, and very knowledgable.

Let me preface this with the fact that I NEVER buy anything from a door to door salesman; but the college person whom knocked on my door seemed very sincere and not pushy, so I listened to his spiel, as I was nearing the time to have my roof replaced, so I thought it wouldn't hurt to get an estimate. Usually, I get several quotes for any project, especially one as important as the roof. This time, Green Star were the first company who quoted on a whole new roof for my house - and I made my choice based on the rep's explanation of the materials and process, the 50-year guarantee, plus the price. The Green Star team was very professional throughout the entire experience. During the day of the installation, the crew worked very efficiently and completed my roof in no time. I would highly recommend Green Star for any roofing needs!
Awesome work! 2400 sq. ft project done in a day. Cleaned up after themselves and even cleaned out some of my gutters. I would definitely recommend them!
