**** p came out Did a good job fixing the balances in a few of my rooms. Very nice guy and very knowledgeable person.

The salesman Home Improvement Specialist, Mr. ***** ***** was very on point with the presentation of the Windows. Service call tech ******* ****** came on time, a bit early and adjusted the windows. Both were courteous and did not rush and took the time to explain the operation of the windows by showing how to do it. The installation was seamless, clean and professional.
**** was on time and quick with the patio door replacement. Explained everything precisely. He was clean too.
We had a new roof put on by Green Star Exteriors and, gutters. The work was everything we were told it would be .Any questions or concerns were met with answers or solutions to the issue at hand .a special thanks to the project manager Joe R for the time and page put into the entire presses. He also fixed a small issue we had with our down spout.The original installers put the elbo on backwards and water would run down the down spout. And didn’t charge us a penny

*** came out to fix our gutter elbow connection piece on the 2nd story and had it done in 10 minutes! Great communication, whenever I have called this company over the last 4 years we have been customers (for all new windows, gutters and a sliding door) they have helped out and been very professional.
