Green Star did my roof and 22 windows. Both projects were done before the estimated time-frame and the crews were very clean and respectful of our property. If you've ever seen a roof with 3 layers get torn off, you'll know it's not an easy mess to clean up but they did an unbelievable job. We talked our neighbors into going with Green Star for their windows too and they had an equally good experience (they got their windows even faster than we did!). Unfortunately, my experience with Green Star Exteriors in ******** did not meet expectations. While things started well, significant delays occurred after I placed a deposit and signed the contract in June. The door was not delivered until October, which is a substantial wait if you're in need of timely service.Additionally, the product received was not what we had agreed upon. I am not pleased at all with this company. On 3-14 they put in windows & had wrong trim color & had to order the right color. on 5-16 they put on the trim The deck furniture was not put back where it had been moved the kitchen window trimwork was sloppy & shoddy. They left the tube of caulk on my deck railing and the caulking was missing in places and their markings on the trim for cutting had not been removed. The sales person was timely, professional and efficient in our time together. They were not pushy like other estimates I received! I used Green Star to replace 17 windows in my home. The price was very good and the sales person was able to answer all of our questions. When the window were install they were quick and efficient and cleaned up everything as they went. I noticed a difference immediately in our front rooms that get the sun all day. These windows have helped to lower our electric bill for both summer and winter. I love that they fold in for easy cleaning and the screens are easy to move up or down for great air flow.

I had all of my windows and slider replaced and am so happy with how beautiful everything looks and more importantly my bills have been reduced. The gentlemen who came out to install my windows were so personable and cleaned up behind themselves. They were very responsive when I had questions and fixed my concerns right away.

Spent over $28,000 to have new windows and one door installed in my home to improve efficiency, as I was told these are the best windows in the nation. After installation was complete, the windows are less efficient than my old windows and Green Star Exteriors has offered no solution at all.
