Best Dog Ever
By far worst place ive ever been, went in there to find out how much it would cost to hangout on the 4th of july and watched the owner and the desk woman single handedly scream at two veterans, thats a good way to treat ur vets who put there life on the line for u to have your little campground, never comming back
Love this place & the Gillian Family is great !
This is our first time here and from what I can gather, it's making it very nice comeback! Lighting is not over-done so it would make a pretty good dark-sky location. Red-headed woodpeckers & bluebirds by day and barred owls & whip-poor-wills by night make a nice home base for birders visiting Illinois Audubon Societys Amboy Marsh which is only 5 minutes away. Best of luck to the Gillan family as the new owners of GRO!
