I would recommend Green Properties to anyone in the Athens area! I lived in Surrey Square for 2 years and now my sister and her friends live there as well. Green Properties have probably been the best I've known. Jeff and his team are incredible and very nice and caring to their tenants. They have always been very responsive and quick about anything that gets brought up and they do their absolute best to make sure the residents are happy and set-up well. Their team will not take advantage of you in any way, and are genuinely some of the nicest people ever. If you are thinking about somewhere to find for living in Athens, I cannot recommend Jeff and his team enough.
Jeff is a great landlord that is responsive to any issues/requests that you may have. He quickly responded to a water damage issue that I encountered and had it fixed and repainted in a few days. Would recommend.
