Jeff is great! Management is responsive and extremely helpful. The apartments are nice and clean when we moved in. Extremely quiet area!
Jeff is the best manager you can ever have, he always responds and keeps us notified. Communication is great, property is always well maintained, most of all, he is very kind!
I lived in Athens for 9 years and rented 6 different apartments, all from different leasing companies. Renting from Green Properties was by FAR the best renting experience I have ever had. I rented one of their Woodstone Park apartments. They were incredibly reliable, affordable, communicative, professional, considerate, and friendly. Surrey Square is an amazing place to live in. It is fairly quiet, and it felt safe and peaceful. The landlord Jeff is very helpful and responsive. Overall recommend.
I would absolutely recommend this place! Jeff is an amazing landlord and responds to any issues, problems, emails, and calls almost immediately. The place was super clean and had almost no pests/insects!!
