I was referred to a specific therapist there and when I called, the owner intercepted the call and said he’d be a better therapist. I scheduled an appointment with him that same week to which he forgot about and therefore was late to. I had a second appointment scheduled the following week and 30 minutes before the appointment I received a call that the appointment was double booked and he had to cancel mine and we had to reschedule the appointment.
