Just don’t understand how they have a phone number, yet when you call it during their hours of operation, it’s straight to voicemail. There’s no emergency maintenance number to call either. My a/c is out and its in the heat of summer where we got nothing but 100+ degree temperatures during the day. My unit has not gone below 83 degrees. Of all times to be unreachable, where I can’t even so much as speak to a person, this is certainly the worst of them. I have no where else I can go to stay in the meantime either
