Do not play games. Just be straight forward. The finance guy even wrote an apology letter a week later for being misleading along with a free car wash even though they knew we lived a couple hours away. I would suggest to not be misleading in first place as that goes a long way with customer service. I personally will never do buisness with nissan but I assume with their behavior repeat business was not more important than getting the most money out of us for this deal.
