RecommendedGreen Nissan’s customer service is top notch and their service department is the best around. I have purchased 2 vehicles and now the 3rd from Green Nissan and even after experiencing some unfortunate bad luck and problems with my second one they went beyond expectations to satisfy and keep me as a customer. From Bob the service manager to Russ the finance manager and Marvin the sales manager, everyone was more than willing to go out of their way and I am happy with my experience and will continue to do business with them.

After test driving and then negotiating and accepting the exact cost of a vehicle and financing that was authorized by the manager, I came in to sign the paperwork and the car was sold from under me. The explanation made absolutely no sense except the The Green team made an extra buck by stealing the sale from another salesman and me as a customer. Huge breach and integrity issue and I will never do business with Green again as a result. Your word and integrity must mean something in this business.

We weren’t expecting a newer vehicle and came at us with a newer vehicle low mileage fit our every need for the family. Vehicle was perfect family loves it but most importantly Happy Wife Happy Life. Called to check availability on a truck and was told it was on the lot, drove 90 minutes there to test drive the truck they said they'd have ready for me. 30 minutes into my drive they called to clarify between 2 similar trucks, "ok, we'll have it waiting for you". Arrive to find out the vehicle is "off site" with no further explanation given. I was too flabbergasted to be mad.
Recommendedwe purchased a tahoe from randy, very nice, very busy guy. our experience was nice, we were there 6 hours,(which is a bit much for a 2 hour drive from home) but were accommodated nicely. the whole staff was very nice. they recognized how much time we waited. thank you Green, we will get all our kinks worked out. ( our paperwork had a wrong address) Overall I would recommend,and shop there again. besides we owe randy a blue gatorade....😁
