We were staying at the Plaza Hotel, and ate there all week, your buffet was horrible. The first time we ate at the pizza buffet the waiter failed to tell us that it was at the end of the buffet and the pizza that was left was dried out and disgusting, had he informed us we would have chosen to eat off the reg menu. Same goes for the breakfast buffet only we got there right after it started, the french toast was dried out and crispy, the eggs weren't eggs at all, and even the sweet rolls were dried out. I went to this location on 5/4/18. It was college graduation and it was so incredibly busy. I watched as Hunter and Ben got complaints about the extra wait time. Well how do you kick someone out to fullfill other reservations????? They got yelled at and cursed at and yelled at again, and handled themselves with such respect and remorse and symphony to these guest even though they continued to get yelled at. I'll never ever eat at this place again. Waited about 15 min just for the waitress to come get our drink order. Then about another 15 min to bring us our drinks and take our order. I ordered the "award winning wings my ass" and my gf got a chicken pasta. Her chicken looked like steak cause it was so over done. My chicken wings were over done to the point I could barely bite into them and the sauce I got had no taste at all. I was recently in for a late night dinner date and Ryan Hall gave us excellent service. He was able to keep the atmosphere fun with small jokes and make sure we enjoyed our time at Green Mill.
