Aweful experience! We have been here numerous times but the past few have not been that great. Today was just plain ridiculous! When we arrived we were seated, our waiter arrived and took our beverage order. When he brought them back he informed us they were having issues in the kitchen so things may be a little slow-guess that should have been our first clue to leave. Horribly slow service. I have eaten here many times and the service has never been quick, but the last time I was there it took over an hour to get our food.

A table that came after us was being served first, with server obviously aware. My kids chocolate milk tastes old, and my husbands drink had a hair. We left before food came, if it ever would have with the slow and terrible service we received. Manager didn't seem to genuinely care at all... I'm not a person to complain, but if I can save anyone from that service it's worth it.
