We had Hudson Green Mill cater our wedding. It was a super smooth process, which was very refreshing as weddings typically are not. The catering coordinator was extremely friendly and offered numerous suggestions. She even made sure we had the exact serving utensils we needed. :) They arrived about an hour early to make sure the chaffing dishes were hot and ready to go. Food is Amazing!! The Staff Warm and Friendly, but the Manager Joe, makes every experience top notch! You can't go wrong, stop in and give them a chance, you won't be disappointed.
The shrimp lettuce wraps are awesome!!! I love coming here when I am in town all the servers, hosts and bartenders are wonderful and they are the nicest people around!
