Called 9-22 and 9-27. Never received a call back. 11/17/22 This is a legit review. I did leave a message both times I called. I don't expect anyone to help me especially if you are busy. But a quick call telling me you are busy is expected.
Hired Green Machine to install a Pergola and a seating wall in my back patio. I've had many issues with other landscaping/patio contractors in the past, so naturally I was hesitant about hiring another one, but Steve really made an effort to make me feel comfortable with everything that was going on. I didn’t give a bad review because you were booked out so far. I gave one because the only response I received after asking if we could get a service performed was,“nope, sorry.” In a snarky tone. Maybe the person just had a bad day but I wasn’t aware of that either. Maybe if I had an explanation or proper response I wouldn’t have given a poor review.
