Stay far away! They would quote you one price and raise it on the spot.
I was quoted a price range of $85 - 120 to re-key 2 locks at my house, but as long as the locks were in good condition they said it would be $85. When the technician arrived he said he was told by his manager that it was a flat rate of $55 per lock (so a total of $110). So I talked to the manager again and now he said the technician said the locks were in bad shape so it would be $120, even though the technician had never even looked at or tested the locks and never said they were in bad shape. SCAM! Total crooks. They are hustlers and thieves. They low quote you, then charge you a ridiculous amount of money because they know you are in a tough spot. After the technician left I noticed small valuables missing and called the Police. The tech was no where to be reached. They use an 800 # to set up an appointment, then another guy calls you, then the crook shows up to rob you. This company and all of it's employees should be locked up themselves!
