So I locked my keys inside my house tonight (It's cold and rainy in national city). It's Monday January 23, 2017 around 9:28 pm. The woman who answered was rude in a sense that she put me on hold like 3 times. I just wanted to know their prices and see if I even had enough for their service. I ended up letting her know that I wouldn't be able to afford it but thank you anyway.....as soon as I said I said nevermind and thAnks she hung up on me before I even finished the sentence. I was quoted a price range of $85 - 120 to re-key 2 locks at my house, but as long as the locks were in good condition they said it would be $85. When the technician arrived he said he was told by his manager that it was a flat rate of $55 per lock (so a total of $110). So I talked to the manager again and now he said the technician said the locks were in bad shape so it would be $120, even though the technician had never even looked at or tested the locks and never said they were in bad shape. SCAM! Total crooks. They are hustlers and thieves. They low quote you, then charge you a ridiculous amount of money because they know you are in a tough spot. After the technician left I noticed small valuables missing and called the Police. The tech was no where to be reached. They use an 800 # to set up an appointment, then another guy calls you, then the crook shows up to rob you. This company and all of it's employees should be locked up themselves!
