Complete incompetence. The good ratings must be from family and friends because THEY HAVE NO IDEA WHAT THEY ARE DOING OR DONT CARE. Like the person that gave 1 star before isn't lying, the main guy down demands respect and can not even deliver sub par service. They just burnt over half my lawn right when it was peaking for greenness. They dont care and you are money ahead to do it yourself because you can't do it any worse than those guys.
