We celebrated my mother’s birthday dinner at the Ritz Carlton Millenia Singapore. The ambience, variety of food and service was great! We would like to commend Pei Qi and Rethish for attending to our needs throughout the dinner.

The high quality of the food and service has exceeded our expectations. The food was properly prepared and the service of the hotel staff was very prompt and courteous.
Contractors go your side to set up. Your security keep going to check and all. They did change their id cards. Ended up? When changing back to their id, their identity card isnt at your security post and was told to go back tomorrow? Your high class hotel practicing what kind of low class standard?

We were greeted on arrival and gently reminded to look to see that nothing is left behind in the cab. Escorted to the lift and wish us an enjoyable evening! Excellent is the word for such service.
