Ordered a Christmas hamper and it was delivered a day late. Timing was specific too as we do not want delivery during lunch time where recipient might not be around. But despite instructions, they delivered at 12 noon. And as expected recipient was not around. With full address provided, the delivery person kept calling me for directions. I stayed in Ritz Carlton Singapore for a business event from Dec 4th to 5th. At daytime, I had seven meetings in one room with different customers and Ms. Peck Lan was our room attendant on the day, actually, she was more like a housekeeper. It's a long day for me because I caught a cold. Ms. Lan not only kept the tables clean, replenished bottle water between meetings, but also nicely asked me if I need warm tea to drink without caffeine or anything she could help at every meeting end.
