Stayed at one of the suites for my father's birthday and we thoroughly enjoyed the room and the amazing service. I could have spent the whole day at the club lounge. We missed breakfast but the food that was offered in the interim was plenty. I just might have a new favourite hotel. Kudos Ritz Carlton team!
Food at Colony was extremely lousy and the lobster not fresh and there is a smell. Service was lousy and waiters not attentive. Have to keep calling the staffs then they do it and bring it.
Service was exceptional. We would like to give a special mention to Retish serving at the Colony cafe! We enjoyed our conversations with him and he was such one guy who really know how to tell funny jokes and deliver very good service. From afar, he saw us in the queue with our toddler and decided to keep a booth seat for us- just what we needed! Service from all staff encountered was excellent, food selection at the brunch was vast and delicious.
Early checkout policy is bad. They charge you for the days you do not stay !!!
