They don’t answer the calls. Tried multiple times, I have requested for a quote. They took details and told will call back in an hour. It’s been a week and I called multiple times but no answer

The folks at Green Garage have been my “primary care” mechanics for the past 4 yrs. I know little about cars as machines but they treat me with respect, educate me at a level I can understand, and take good care of my vehicle. Their shop, waiting room, and restroom are immaculately clean. If you need to wait, they provide books/magazines and will make you a cup of coffee. I’m moving to Georgia and hate to leave them behind but guess what—they recommended a mechanic near my new home.
These guys are fairly priced and provide great service. They have helped me multiple times when I needed a quick turnaround. I highly recommend!
Our Subaru Forester began making an awful scraping sound from the rear passenger wheel when driving. Everything drove and felt fine but the noise was severe. I walked in not knowing the appointment process. Matt got me scheduled and the customer service was top notch. It turns out it was a tiny rock stuck behind the heart shield. A lesser garage would have sold me a new wheel bearing, at least. I'll be coming back!
