We bought a car a couple months ago and after stopping in, being told we would hear from the sales manager first thing Monday (never did of course) and having our voicemails ignored, we are now going to have to go pay a couple hundred dollars for a key Finish Line was supposed to send us and never did. I don't know why we went back after that Fusion we bought. Good cars, terrible customer service.
Always fun to utilize an incentive program for oil changes to be told "we changed the program a month ago and your incentives won't carry over for oil changes". Time to find a new oil change service provider. Thanks.
I had the feeling that the attendant could of cared less about my business, It seemed as though I was more of a burden than a paying customer, thats the great thing about this country we have choices and mine is to go elsewhere. I would not recomend there service department
The only good thing we left with from this dealer is the truck my husband wanted.
