Ford of Peoria is always such a friendly and efficient place to visit! My mom has been going to Ford (in Morton) her entire life (she’s in her 70s now) and has consistently had great experiences - whether it’s buying cars or just getting regular maintenance. I have all four of the family cars regularly serviced at Ford of Peoria. The staff members of the service department are friendly and efficient at checking in your car, getting it serviced, then returned to you in a timely manner. If you remain at the dealership while your car is being serviced, which is what I always do, you can enter the showroom, pour a cup of coffee (or soda), then have a seat in front of their large screen TV. A great experience all around!
Work was completed in a reasonable amount of time. Greasy glove prints were left on inner windshield, driver side exterior, hood, and drivers side headliner. Makes me wonder how much care was taken replacing the left turbo oil line. When picking up the truck, the service writer pointed to the back of the dealership as to where I could find my truck.
Had an appointment for an oil change, got in on time and staff was friendly and professional.
