Summary: (Moveout clean) Cleaners went far over estimated time, did a bad job and did not clean to original quote. Antranik, the owner, is an angry man with no customer service skills that will bully you into payment. I was quoted $280 for my 600 sq ft apartment move-out clean. The clean ended up being $434 (basically 7 hours of cleaning!) because "the buildup was worse than they thought". Great company! Very on top of scheduling and communication. They work with you to determine exactly what level of cleaning you are looking for. Competitively priced and great service. I was amazed how much better the air quality was in my house after they cleaned. I never thought I would need to hire a cleaning service but I would recommend them to anyone who needs more time in their life!
I've had monthly cleanings for the last 6 months with Green Earth and have had a great experience. Excellent communication and service. Cleaners are kind, thorough, and dependable. They even showed concern for my dogs when something happened while I was away from home. I received quotes from a few other cleaners and found Green Earth's price to be fair.
