5 for food/2 for service...been there 3 times and this last time has me thinking not to go back..went on a late Sunday and waited to be noticed for about 8 minutes (mind u its not crowded), seating for 2 told her booth she gave me the menus and had me seat myself. (that was not professional). My waitress was awesome and a sweetheart and i made sure my tip compensated her kindness. Staff had some serious attitude problems, I was invited to meet some friends there and as soon I walked in someone approach me and told me that I wasn't gonna get service because of their policy "no joiners" and I asked for a chair and they refused to bring me one. When the waiter saw me he literally asked me to leave because he wasn't going to serve me because of their policy, I can understand their policy but what about the way they explain it to people? Never heard of a place that will refuse to serve you if you go to sit with friends. There was no line so I don't know why y'all have your heads up y'alls butts but damn. Not impressed. Maybe stop being greedy and spend some money on hiring more people so you don't have to turn down business because, apparently, you can't handle 4 or 5 sliders "out of order" (did I mention there was no line)?
Best food in my life love the environment and friendly and great service will definitely be back often :-)
