The system to fill out everything isn't user friendly on phone, tablet, or on a PC. I've tried multiple times and just putting your birthday is a puzzle i haven't quite figured out. Other wise its just a blank page. Lady on the phone sent a new link, still the same. She also said it's a new system since December. Y'all's system is crap... and this is discouraging and more of a barrier than it needs to be just to get help.
I am very pleased with my experiences here so far. As a 53 year old adult I wanted to find out about who I am as a person now. Dr. James has been excellent and very personable. The office and testing staff were nice and patient. I am looking forward to my continued growth with this facility.
Terrible service, I don't recommend it for anything in the world.
I had a wonderful experience with Green Country Psychology and Dr Joe James and the front desk guy and the evaluation tech. All were very professional and pleasant to work with. The whole process from first contact to final appointment took about 2 months but I already expected that. I am beyond belief at what happened. I went through this green country psychologically center from a referral given to me. I wanted to have the main doctor that was recommended to me to interview and diagnose my grandson. The staff told me it would be several months waiting to get him in so he recommended seeing Mr. Melton instead of waiting.
