I’ve had a referral sent back in February with no call on an update. I’ve called and left several messages. I got ONE returned call and she said she did not get my son’s referral and that she would call me once she received it. I had my sons dr’s office fax it THREE times since that phone call and it’s now then end of June. I’ve called twice and left more voicemails since then and not another returned call. Your office’s communication is embarrassing. The voicemail states you’ll return it the next business day. Yeah right!
Honestly nothing but positive experiences so far, in person and over the phone. I went back and forth with my insurance for over a month desperately trying to find a child psychologist that was covered. My insurance finally came up with one name and when I called GCP, I was informed that provider no longer practiced there. The receptionist kindly offered to see if any of their other providers took our insurance and to my relief Dr. Tracy did. The system to fill out everything isn't user friendly on phone, tablet, or on a PC. I've tried multiple times and just putting your birthday is a puzzle i haven't quite figured out. Other wise its just a blank page. Lady on the phone sent a new link, still the same. She also said it's a new system since December. Y'all's system is crap... and this is discouraging and more of a barrier than it needs to be just to get help.
I am very pleased with my experiences here so far. As a 53 year old adult I wanted to find out about who I am as a person now. Dr. James has been excellent and very personable. The office and testing staff were nice and patient. I am looking forward to my continued growth with this facility.
