We had our stairs cleaned by Green Coast Carpet Care, and the experience was fantastic. Our technician, Alex, was polite, upfront about the cost, and worked quickly without sacrificing quality. The stairs look brand new! He showed up on time and was incredibly reliable from start to finish. I highly recommend Green Coast Carpet Care and especially Alex if you’re looking for a trustworthy and efficient carpet cleaner
Wow, Alex does a great job! He cleaned our carpets, rug, and couch 3 times and each time deep stains disappeared. He’s super easy to schedule with, extremely reliable, and very trustworthy, in fact I trust him enough that he comes when I’m at work and there’s no one at home and then locks the door behind him. I love that he uses no chemicals, just steam, so it’s safe for us and our kids. Also, his price is reasonable. And he’s a nice guy. I highly recommend him!!!
Never have I had such a great impression or feeling about a service provider. From the first communication with Alex, he immediately came across as genuinely friendly, sincere and honest, something that’s hard to come by nowadays. I really appreciated his honesty about whether he thought he could remove some age old stains from my stairs. But my husband and I felt we should let him try. Alex was amazing! Very friendly and great communication. My carpets look so good and he took extra time and care to some of the spots we couldn’t get out ourselves. I also love that he doesn’t use any chemicals! We will have him back 100%.
