Alex is a true professional and I highly recommend him for any carpet cleaning services you might need. He's one of the few contractors I've had who truly appears to have the homeowners best interest at heart. He has excellent communication, no nonsense upsell strategies , and just does a really honest and efficient job. He even explained and went over several issues we might need addressed around the house that we hadn't noticed before! As new homeowners it's great to find someone you can rely on fully. Alex is our go to when it comes to carpet cleaning. He is very professional and a great person. His work makes our carpets and couch look brand new every time. Highly recommend him for your next carpet cleaning.
THE MOST WONDERFUL, PROFESSIONAL, RESPONSIVE + EXPERT CARPET CLEANING SERVICE EVER - Appromiately 3 years ago, we had all our floors and carpets replaced with laminates throughout our townhome and new tan/ecru carpeting in our two bedrooms. We had our stairs cleaned by Green Coast Carpet Care, and the experience was fantastic. Our technician, Alex, was polite, upfront about the cost, and worked quickly without sacrificing quality. The stairs look brand new! He showed up on time and was incredibly reliable from start to finish. I highly recommend Green Coast Carpet Care and especially Alex if you’re looking for a trustworthy and efficient carpet cleaner
Wow, Alex does a great job! He cleaned our carpets, rug, and couch 3 times and each time deep stains disappeared. He’s super easy to schedule with, extremely reliable, and very trustworthy, in fact I trust him enough that he comes when I’m at work and there’s no one at home and then locks the door behind him. I love that he uses no chemicals, just steam, so it’s safe for us and our kids. Also, his price is reasonable. And he’s a nice guy. I highly recommend him!!!
