If i could leave 0 stars, I would without hesitation! The guy John might be an amazing person but as the expert avoid him at all cost! Besides, he didnt remove our tea spot but charged for it, he also somehow made another big circle spot on our new rug ( the one not by table) by putting his materials on it so that it either spilled on the rug or idk what happened but now we have 2 spots even though had only 1 before calling this " expert":( i cant believe in it!
