Damaged my microfiber couch. I told the operator that the couch was a microfiber that could NOT be cleaned with water. To send someone who would know what to do. The “technician” who showed up, 2 hours after the window, insisted that steam would be fine Offered a “deep cleaning” that would make it smell good. No need. It smells good.
