Liars and unprofessional. Said they were coming to clean our carpet between 3pm-5pm. Never came so called them at 5:45pm, only for them to say they don’t service North Haven. They hung up on us 4 times when we were only trying to ask questions. Do not use this company, spend your hard earned money with someone who actually cares about their customers and doesn’t lie
Absolutely unprofessional. They told me for 5 hours that they were on their way and then I called to check in and they said they did not service in North Haven. They hung up on me 4 times. Wish I could give 0 stars.

There was some discussion about the best approach to clean our wool carpet in North Haven, and prior to proceeding with our initial request, he suggested that our carpet be removed and hand washed. He was patient and professional, not to mention a genuinely nice guy! He truly went the extra mile for us.
