I really liked how easy it was to get a quote online with Green Carpet Ceaning Ct. Scheduling was simple, and we were able to book a Friday morning appointment, which worked perfectly for us. Douglas arrived right on time, was friendly and professional, and explained the carpet cleaning process clearly before getting started. He was respectful of our home and took great care while working. We have one room with a lot of foot traffic, and he was honest about what the carpet cleaning could improve and what might not come out... read more

We have a 10 by 14 area rug in our living room that gets a lot of daily foot traffic. Over time, it picked up plenty of dirt, grime, and buildup deep in the fibers. i contacted green carpet ceaning ct when we needed carpet cleaning for my brother-in-law’s apartment after a sudden family emergency. while getting the place cleaned up, we found an extreme pet stain and odor problem in the carpet, far worse than we expected. since it was a rental, replacing the carpet was not an option, so we really needed a professional deep carpet cleaning service. douglas arrived, inspected the carpet carefully, and explained a simple three-step cleaning process for the heavy pet mess, stains, and smell.... read more

Every visit, the cleaning is thorough, the carpet fibers look refreshed, and the whole room feels cleaner and brighter. What I really appreciate is that Douglas takes the time to explain what the carpets need, points out high traffic areas, and shares simple tips for keeping them looking good between cleanings. He goes beyond the basic service a... read more

Oh my goodness, Green Carpet Ceaning Ct did an outstanding job. My carpet is over 12 years old, and now it looks almost brand new. Douglas was very detailed and took extra time to deep clean every area instead of rushing through the work. They were able to remove black Sharpie from my son’s room along with years of built-up stains, spots, and traffic marks. I had only used a professional carpet cleaning service one time before, and that experience felt rushed, but this time the service was completely professional from start ... read more
