They gave me a different vehicle from what we agreed upon and never told me. I figured it out when I got home. This was a few weeks ago and nobody has followed up. I was supposed to receive a window sticker so I could compare the 2 vehicles. There was not one on or in the car. I have had zero follow up since the day I bought the new vehicle. It doesn’t set well that nobody told me. It was very shady.

Dishonest people at Gettel!! Watch your stuff when take your car in for service at Chevrolet. Two times I have had things stolen from my car and all they say is their technicians and people are honest and reliable!!!! Bull!!!!!!! Nothing but thieves!!!

honesty bought used car within first two weeks ac issues they said they fixed it (kept car for almost a week with being only vehicle)and had new ac noise within 2 days . has oil leaks on engine that is probably part of the quebedeaux inspection if the customer can't see it doesn't have it . talk about regret of this purchase. don't get me wrong chevy is great it's the crooked dealer that gives vehicles like this poor review.
