The service center is a joke. A very expensive, cheating joke. The service center supervisor, Kent, tried to tell me we hadn't paid nearly as much for repairs (all for the same problem that still isn't fixed) as my husband and I tbought. His "records" totaled around $900 but by bank statements say a totally different amount. Dishonest and disgraceful. Never giving them another penny.
Ann was very friendly and easy to work with. She went above and beyond to accommodate the sale on our time frame.
