I couldn’t be more frustrated as I write this waiting for my son to have a tooth extracted and another filled after the work he had done from here has completely failed and we are THOUSANDS of dollars invested in his ‘baby’ teeth. I would absolutely not recommend service from here & save the frustration and anxiety it has brought our family to provide good dental care for our children!

Our family has been clients for years and love the professionalism! The new facility is beautiful and the staff has always been very friendly and helpful! They have drawings for different reasons for gifts and are very customer friendly. Highly recommended
Tons of unnecessary charges, don’t ask or find out what’s covered by insurance before doing work. Make u pay before they even run it through insurance. Staff couldn’t even explain charges. Stay away from this one.......
Very disappointed in Family Dental. We have been customers for over 20 years and never has my wife experienced what she did a few weeks ago. She had to have a filling replaced and they would not let her leave until the bill was paid. We have never had an unpaid bill with them. Now the insurance company says we owe a lower amount and am sure they will take their good old time refunding the difference. This new policy is not very family friendly. Sounds like it may be time to find a new dentist office that is truly family frie... read more
