After going here for quite a few years I've never been so disappointed in a dentist office! I came to a letter stating they are no longer going to treat me as a patient because I won't follow their recommended treatment plan which would cost over $2,000.00. I'm sorry but being a single Mom I don't have money like that and it's not affordable for me Crap thing to do! The staff at Green Bay Family Dental is ALWAYS fantastic. It is so obvious that they care about you and are invested in the treatment they are providing. Their frontline staff is extremely knowledgeable and have always been able to answer my insurance and cost questions. I love the low pressure, calming atmosphere here. I cannot imagine going anywhere else.
Dr. Heidi, Dr. Eric and their staff are the best! I never experience any anxiety like I have with other dentists! Very skilled and always smiling! Best ever!

My daughters, 6yr and 2yr both had check ups and had the most amazing experience! They were so excited to be at the dentist! They even got fun goodies! 🦷
