Update 3/10/26: Staff kind and considerate. Doctor downplays all symptoms and trends in labs over past year and minimizes changes in overall health that have significantly declined. Will be looking for a new provider. What are people supposed to do when no one listens? Provider didn’t even listen to my lungs or address shortness of breath, fatigue and insomnia along with abnormal lab values. I started going to this practice when I moved to the area in 2023. Very happy with ease of scheduling, cooperation of office staff when I had an insurance issue, wait time for my appointments, and care provided by Dr. Sandra Knudsen. I would definitely recommend.
Leslie Rougeaux NP helped to discover some critical issues that I was dealing with. SHE POTENTIALLY HAS ADDED YEARS TO MY LIFE. She did it in an understanding and thoughtful way. She did not mince her words, but she was also empathetic.
I’ve been visiting Green and Seidner for a couple years now. I have had pleasant experiencing with all the providers. I have a visit a few times a year and by no means habitually cancel or reschedule appointments. I think it’s absurd that a 40$ charge was applied to my account for having to cancel my appointment last minute due to my toddler being sick. That’s more than my actual co pay!
