Great practice with nice, helpful staff and great doctors!
Lousy so called doctor's office ! The women who sit up front are horrible, very rude and dismissive. Disgusting behaviors from so called professionals. Forget getting anything preventative done thru your insurance, they screw you over with the coding and then act dumb. If course they never return your phone calls nor put anything in writing. Worst so called doctor's office I have ever experienced in my life ! All about the money with them they didn't care about me or my health.
My mom was in yesterday for an appointment with Dr. Norden and she had a very good experience. She said no other doctor has ever sat with her and listened to her complaints soo calmly and took the time to explain procedures. Other doctors always rush her. I just wanted to thank Dr. Norden and the staff for such a great experience. We need more doctors like you who are compassionate and take the time to listen to patients.
