Appointments are punctual- love it. Dr Webb and dr castle and staff are all very good.
The first set of medications they prescribed made my skin worse. They cancelled my 2 month follow up that I patiently waited for and was relying on with little notice after holding the spot for 8 weeks. When I called to reschedule, I was bounced me around between call centers letting me know they couldn't schedule my follow up for another 2 months out as my skin was having a strong reaction from their medication.
