Greeley Manor is a place I have lived at for approximately 20 years. I've seen a lot of things in 20 years here good and bad but the new ownership is long overdue. This is a nice building that desperately needs an overhaul and I'm excited to see it finally receiving just that. Some of the apartments are better than others but soon they will be all new. Since the new management has taken over. There have been so many improvements! They are remodeling the units gradually and it will be beautiful. I have lived her almost 2 years and couldn't be happier. Kudos to our new manager Lori! Thanks Lori
This apartment complex is a bug infestation. They have a bedbug problem, a cockroach problem. The new owners that have took over are very rude and mean to their residence. This whole building needs to be tore down.
Why do these apartments treat some of there tenants badly especially low income and disabled only gave 1 star cause its a roof over there head picture of conditions to come later
